- Our products are shipped via the Spanish postal service, always registered mail, to ensure that the packages arrive at their destination, as it requires the customer's signature when they deliver the package to your home.

- That's right, we won't charge you for shipping the product. You would only have to pay if you return the product to the store.

- We're not actually a new business; we've been manufacturing and customizing our products since 2021, but we recently moved to Shopify. We had to leave Etsy due to the high cost of their fees. We are completely reliable and professional in our work.
- Do you ship worldwide?
- Yes, we ship to any country. Our boxes have traveled to Japan, Australia, Brazil, the USA, Europe, and dozens of other countries; we don't close borders.
- What kind of customization can you do?
- On the boxes, any of them, or on the jewelry boxes, we can include the name of the person to whom the box is addressed, or whoever you tell us. We do this with vinyl lettering and it usually goes on the side of the boxes. In the case of jewelry boxes, it goes on the inside of the lid.
- In the case of DOREMO covers, you can choose the two colors you want for the cover, whether you want it reversible, or a single color. You can also choose the color of the rubber bands.
- In the case of calming stones or worry stones, we can put the name on the string that ties the bag where the guardians are kept, which is accompanied by a card with their story, the use of the stone, and a nice sticker.
